OneTimeSharer is operated by N2U Interactive ltd. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

OneTimeSharer lets you upload an image or video and generate a link that can be opened one time. After the link is opened, or after the viewing timer runs out, the media can no longer be accessed through that link.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you upload. By uploading, you grant N2U Interactive ltd a limited licence to store, process and transmit your media solely to operate the service.

3. Acceptable use

You must not upload or share content that is illegal, that you do not have the right to share, that depicts or exploits minors, that infringes intellectual property rights, or that harasses, threatens or defames any person. You must not attempt to bypass viewing limits, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation.

4. No guarantee of deletion or secrecy

One time viewing is enforced on a best effort basis. We take measures to discourage saving and capturing of media, but no technology can fully prevent a recipient from recording their screen or photographing a device. Do not share anything you cannot afford to have copied.

5. Removal and termination

N2U Interactive ltd may remove any content and block any user at its sole discretion, including where content breaches these terms or applicable law. We may cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, N2U Interactive ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including loss of content or unauthorised copying of shared media by recipients.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
